I want a refund on my monkey crack!

Me, to Jessica, while driving.

Today was the last day of classes. Thanks be to the gods.

I found out that last night's entry didn't post properly. Grr. It was there when I checked and then deleted itself. So I reposted it from the copy on my hard drive, and all should be ducky.

CS ran over 20 minutes late today, because Jens wanted us all to present today, and 11 people can't present their projects in 60 minutes unless they've been given explicit time limits ahead of time. CS people aren't known for knowing how to trim their presentations to specific time limits anyway. My comm profs would have been twitching at these presentations, especially at one of the overheads. Ah well. I really think LC should add a basic public speaking class to the gen ed requirements, maybe dropping one of those annoying culture ones.

Then Jessica needed a ride to the airport to change her tickets around. However, she forgot to bring them with her, so we turned around and went back. Yay us. I took her by Stroheckers, which is the yuppiest grocery store I know of. I'm expanding her horizons. First Castle, now this. Anyway, we tried the airport again a few hours later. We also attempted to find a certain office supply store, but got lost twice and gave up. Bah. The second time we went to the airport, Jessica was accidentally given her old ticket back after getting it all worked out to change the flight, so we have to go back again tomorrow. Yippee. I'm going to be able to find the airport in my sleep.

Then Jessica and I came back to my room and made spaghettios. Yummy. Sean was online, so Jessica talked to him about plane fares and I talked to him about random stuff. I'm still talking to the sweeting, actually. Jessica left a while ago. Then she came back to get her purse. Then she left again. Then she came back for her stuff. Then she left again and I think she's gone to bed.

I'm going to bed myself. Hopefully, I can go to Seattle to see the sweeting tomorrow, but that means I need to get stuff accomplished during the day. I miss him. I'm pathetic.
